關(guān)于舉行深圳市光明高新園區(qū)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)活動(dòng)的公告
Announcement on Tendering for Architecture Design of Shenzhen Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service Platform

    深圳市光明高新園區(qū)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)位于光明高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)東片區(qū)，北臨牛山公園，東臨光僑路，用地面積9.4萬(wàn)平方米，一期建筑規(guī)模約6萬(wàn)平方米。為打造建筑精品，繁榮“設(shè)計(jì)之都”建筑設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)，提升新區(qū)品質(zhì)內(nèi)涵，深圳市光明新區(qū)城市建設(shè)投資有限公司決定開(kāi)展光明高新園區(qū)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)活動(dòng)，由于本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)有限，為了保證招標(biāo)活動(dòng)有序、有為，本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)采用“邀標(biāo)+公開(kāi)”的征集的組織方式。經(jīng)過(guò)廣泛的調(diào)查摸底和專家綜合評(píng)選，并報(bào)光明新區(qū)管委會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，選定中建國(guó)際（深圳）建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、深圳市筑博工程設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、深圳市博藝建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、深圳華森建筑與工程設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)有限公司、東南大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院、朱锫建筑事務(wù)所與北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院深圳分院聯(lián)合體共六家單位為邀標(biāo)單位。但許多有良好業(yè)績(jī)和良好素質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)單位可能沒(méi)有被邀請(qǐng)，為征集優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)方案，特向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征集優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)參與本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)，由主辦方組織專家評(píng)審，從報(bào)名單位中再挑選不超過(guò)10家投標(biāo)單位參與，但不支付設(shè)計(jì)成本補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。

   The site of Shenzhen Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service Platform lies in the northeast of Guangming Hi-tech Industrial Park and on the south of Niushan Garden and the west of Guangqiao Road, covering an area of 94 thousand square meters, the construction area of the first phase of this project is 60 thousand square meters. In order to improve the buildings quality, boost the building design market of the Design Metropolis, improve the culture of the District, Shenzhen Guangming District City Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. decides to invite tenders for designing the architecture of Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service platform. For the limited funds assigned to this tender invitation, to ensure the order and success of the tender invitation, a method of specific invitation plus general invitation is adopted. After extensive investigation and comprehensive expert selection, and approval by Guangming District Administration Committee, the following six units is invited: China Construction (Shenzhen) Design Co., Ltd., Zhubo Architectural & Engineering Design Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Boyi Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Huasen Architecture and Engineering Design Consultation Co., Ltd, Architectural Design & Research Institute of Southeast University, and unity of Studio Pei-Zhu and Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Shenzhen Branch. But there may be a lot of design units with good performance and high quality which are not invited. To seek good design, we invite the good design unit publicly to tender, the tenders shall be evaluated by the experts invited by the sponsor, no more than 10 tenderers out of the publicly invited units will be selected, but no design compensation will be paid. 

     有意參與本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，請(qǐng)?zhí)顚憟?bào)名表（詳見(jiàn)附件2）于北京時(shí)間2011年 1 月 10 日17：00點(diǎn)前，以E-mail或傳真方式告知我們。
The design units intending to tender should fill in the Application Form (see Appendix 2) and e-mail or fax the same to us before 17:00 Beijing Time on January 10, 2011.
