　　＂HanLux Lifestyle Resort’ compromises a 450ha site within the mountainous landscapes of Luzon at approximately 100Km North of Manila.

　　Located along the extended foothills of the mountain ridge that holds Mount Pinatubo, the site accommodates a unique volcanic landscape typically known for its rich ecology.

　　The 450ha development area has been carefully selected by the design team, out of the 722ha of land made available at the first phase of the study. Land acquisition and planning approvals were successfully obtained thereafter.

　　皮納圖博火山（Mount Pinatubo）山脈延綿，項目就位于這山麓之上。因此項目擁有獨特的火山景觀，這種火山景觀通常以其豐富的生態而聞名。

　　A sensitive landscape planning methodology has been adopted to outline the project boundaries and to conceptualize the Master Plan. This compromises intensive terrain assessments, topographical and hydrological studies, mapping of GIS data, VR studies and 3D printing to fully capture the terrain morphology.

　　The Master Plan brief required an Integrated Golf Resort, compromising 54holes, 3 Five star branded resorts, Outdoor Leisure activities, Public amenities and an efficient circulation system.

　　The Concept of the Master Plan has been guided by a desire to accommodate human use of the land with its inherent natural processes and natural history.

　　Existing valley streams and their associated vegetation are identified as the project’s blue- and green systems.  These associated systems are labelled as “Eco-corridors” and co-exist with the development program. They form the backbone of the overall project framework around which circulation systems, hotel plots and recreational uses were developed.

　　總體規劃概念的指導思想是，人類對土地的利用應當適應場地固有的自然過程和自然歷史。

　　現有的山谷溪流及其相關植被被識別為該項目的藍、綠色系統。 這些關聯的系統被標簽為“生態走廊”，并與項目發展計劃共存。 它們構成了整個項目框架的骨干，圍繞這個骨干發展出人車流通系統，酒店地塊和娛樂用途等形成完整的框架。

　　The golf course routing aims to preserve the eco corridors that are carving through the valley landscapes while edges are blurred, and valuable landscape elements become integrally part of the golf game experience.

　　Fairways lengths are limited while native landscape areas are preserved to form no-go areas, or so called ‘out of bounds areas’ along the golf course.
These areas are linked along the 54holes while edging the ‘Eco corridors’ to promote movement of species. The integrated setback areas ensure habitat conservation and water quality. Hiking and cycling trails are carefully weaved with the corridors as they take advantage of the inter connected green and blue systems

　　高爾夫球場路線的設計旨在保留這些雕刻出山谷景觀的生態走廊，同時將走廊邊界模糊化處理，使有價值的景觀元素成為高爾夫比賽體驗不可或缺的一部分。

　　球道的長度是有限的，而原始景觀區域受到保育形成禁止進入的區域，即高爾夫球場的“界外區域”。

　　Following our success in an international design competition against Aedas and Jerde, the Atkins Landscape team was engaged on the further refinement of the 450ha master plan.

　　At the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) Asia-Pacific Awards 2019, the Hanlux Lifestyle Resort Master plan won “Award of Excellence” under the Analysis and Master Planning Category.

　　在國際景觀設計師聯合會（IFLA）2019年亞太地區大獎中，Hanlux生活度假村總體規劃項目在分析及總體規劃類別下榮獲“卓越獎”。

　　The prestigious IFLA Asia-Pacific Awards aim to create a stronger awareness and recognition of landscape architecture as one of the key professions playing an essential role in shaping our cities and our environments towards a better, more resilient future.

　　Prior to the IFLA award , the Hanlux Lifestyle Resort Master Plan also won the Honour Award of Landscape Analysis and Study Award in the Professional Category at the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (ILAM MLAA) 2019.

　　在獲得IFLA大獎之前，Hanlux 生活度假村總體規劃還獲得了2019年馬來西亞景觀設計獎（ILAM MLAA）專業類別中的景觀分析和研究獎榮譽獎。
